I read. Do puzzles for competitions. Watch tv. Sleep is by far the best way for me to rest and relax

I hate to say it but I am fairly simple. I either try to nap, watch Netflix (or catch up tv) or read a book. I love rereading book series and I am currently re reading Harry Potter ????

I don’t get to at the moment but I love to read or watch movies.

U read a little every day. I watch a lot of movies when I can and my kids relax and watch them with me.

I love to read and try and finish half started projects of mine.

If I am very very tired , I like to have a bit of a nap if convenient . Otherwise having a cup of tea or going for a walk is good .

Sleep, watch tv, read a book or magazine…these are things I WOULD do if i could rest. Unfortunately with four kids, resting is an imaginative state for Hubby and I,

I like to sit down with a hot cup of tea and do puzzles. Usually in the magazines Take5 and ThatsLife

Reading, playing with my dogs, a bit of PS4, or Crosstitch.
It’s been a while though!

What is this rest you speak of? Haha
I try and have some quiet time and just scroll through facebook or watch tv atleast for 5 mins a day to rest

Oh yes, checking what other mums do, I also like to rest while reading here in Mouths of Mums, or in Facebook…

try to watch my favourite tv shows or play mobile games to unwind

well i like to keep busy or stimulated so i will go for a walk, play games, surf the net, get on social media, catch up on tv, catch up with friends, window shop lol.

Taking my dog for a walk, reading, or writing out “to-do” lists ect… I actually leave home about an hour early on a Friday when I have no kids, to sit in the car and wait until school is out just to sit in the car and read =)
Oh and I like to go have a coffee with a friend or two or a few =)

Mindfulness and yoga is also good for rest times.
