  • I love super hot baths with all the lights off and some nice smelling candles lit!
It definitely relaxes me and I feel like a million dollars afterwards.

  • I also love being on the computer, whether it’s on this site or looking up “how to” videos on Youtube.

  • I love listening to my favourite music. It instantly puts me in a good mood.

  • I find washing dishes and ironing the wash therapeutic too ! I love gardening, sewing, baking, reading on mouthsofmums and a book in bed relaxing too :)

  • Mindfulness and meditation, yoga, gardening, listen to music or a podcast, read, have a relaxing bath with bath salts, walk along the beach or in a park, writing..

  • I suffer from Anxiety and just now be doing Meditation which is really helping me I just set aside 30mins a day to Meditate and am finding it does work for me

  • Haha … I must admit I do find washing dishes theraputic :) I enjoy sites like MoM for some easy reading and relaxation.

  • Read, nap, a hot bath, putting on ‘peaceful piano’ on spotify and sitting in the sunshine with a coffee doing NOTHING at all. Meditating, going for a walk…

  • Music music music. I dance around a little and/or sing and I find it a great release. Other than that I like to sit down at the end of the day (espeically now it’s day light savings here in NSW) outside – watch/listen to birds, the kids play etc having either a nice coffee, tea, beer or wine (pending the mood I’m in and what I have to do that evening)

  • This is actually my unwinding time, coming on here and getting to express myself. I also like to have a bath, sew, play with makeup or colour in those adult colouring books. I just like doing anything that doesn’t drain my mind too much.

  • Long walks, reading a book on the beach, massage, getting nails done, coffee in a little cafe you have always wanted to go to, bath

  • Read a book, do some meditation or go for a walk

  • Depends on how much time you have but a walk, reading and gardening are all great activities for unwinding and you can do them with limited time.

  • To unwind I have either active or not.. if I need to move I swim or do yoga but if I need to stop and relax its reading or taking a bath

  • I started doing those 3D Diamond puzzles. You don’t need to focus too much and i liked listening to music/tv in the background.
