they eat loads of veggies and i add garlic in to meals.

  • Providing they are having plenty of fruit and vegies like you say I think they should be okay. It is common to get a runny nose etc but usually children get over it quickly. I think what you are doing is fine.


  • Lemon and honey.Also steam water with lemon peel.


  • Vitamin C. We always take extra in winter, and it helps!


  • Probiotics and increase the honey. I use a probiotic powder and kombucha to help boost the immune system. I hope u find something that works fast for you.


  • We all take Olive Leaf extract every night at the start of the cold/flu season. I think this actually does help. We also take some Vit C tablets too.


  • lots of variety of fresh fruit and veg, especially ones with vitamin c. lots of rest, hand washing


  • Vitamin C products. But most of all, i keep my kids warm, hydrated and keep them away from anyone sick and ensure they have clean hands.


  • Orange juice, kiwi, cauliflower. Basically boost of vitamin C


  • Multivitamins with extra iron. Honey. I drink warm/hot lemon honey water with vitamin C and when it was available, I’d have a hairy lemon, mixed with juice as it’s quite horrid otherwise


  • Warm water with honey and lemon
