  • I think a barbecue is the easiest way to go. The salads can be prepared early or you can get friends to bring a salad to share and the meat can be marinated or seasoned earlier. Then it’s just a case of sitting back with a glass of something icy cold and wait for the meat to be ready

  • Finger food, my favourite go to

  • I always have a Ingham’s Frozen Turkey Breast Roast Traditional 1kg in my freezer. Guests arrive and I am onto the Salad or veggies all that is in my Fridge and the turkey is popped into the oven. A FROZEN Turkey is cooked in 2 hours to perfection. Dinner is cooked! • My easy go to dinner is a tray bake…use whatever veggies you like, meat like sausage, pork medallions, chicken tenders or breast, anything that will cook in the same time as the veggies. I bung it on the tray, spray with some sunflower oil, season with some garlic, herbs and salt and pepper and whack it in the oven. This leaves you to spend time with your guests while it cooks. It is yum and super easy. It is the laziest way I know of preparing a meal and the combinations are endless.

  • Lasagne, it’s easy to make and while it’s in the oven you can make other foods like salad etc
