  • great job to hear you have stopped smoking. You and the Bub will be so healthy and just think of all the money you are saving. Well done

  • It’s always a massive health benefit to give up smoking at any stage of life. So go for it!

  • You’ll give bubs and yoh a better health outcome . Good luck

  • I would think that stopping smoking would be best for your and babies health.

  • Only good things if you stop smoking :)

  • Smoking is not good at any cost during pregnancy rather it’s 1st trimester or second try to avoid such harmfull things during this time

  • YOUR will start to heal itself and you give your baby a healthier place to keep grow

  • Sooner you stop then healthier you both will be. Dont feel bad if you are 14 weeks and just find out and will stop now.

  • Agreed, all good things. Smoking while pregnant can affect babies development in the womb which may impact after birth too.

  • What do you mean what happens, you and baby will be healthier of course. I applaud you for giving up, well done, and try to stay off alcohol and coffee too if possible, eat lots of fresh wholefoods especially lots of green salads. I took spirulina whilst pregnant and it gave me energy and my son is a smart cookie (not sure if that was the reason but it did make sure I was getting good nutrition), Good nutrition is the most important thing you can do, eat food more than taking supplements too. And try not to stress about anything, keep happy and positive, good luck.

  • All good things!! Keep going!
