Hello!

Shes been trying to poo last few days and when she does its very painful for her and its a blob… She’s started to eat more solid food so I’m assuming her body is adjusting?

  • An increase of solids also asks for an increase of water intake.
I always found kiwi works great, but make sure to discontinue the use of banana and pear juice can be a good one too.
Also belly massage (clock wise around the belly button) can be very helpful

  • Infant’s Friend may help but I’d talk to the chemist. My daughter had it once but as a primary school age child- there was a drink I was able to get her but not sure if suitable for babies. I do remember my kids made hard little marbles when first starting solids but it went away on its own.

  • A little prune juice or some kiwi fruit should help.

  • Prune juice – we found about a teaspoon a day was usually enough.

  • It probably is adjustment. Try giving her a little prune juice – not much, about a teaspoon full a day. Worked a treat with my son.

  • Try pear or pear juice it’s a great natural remedy.
