I would go to the GP. They can do blood tests and check whether there is a deficiency in any vitamin or mineral. That is better than guessing and just taking supplements. Also there is lots of evidence that supplements aren’t as good as a diet that uses genuine fresh, whole foods with minimum sugars/processed foods/white flours etc. These processed foods can really mess the body up and cause just the symptoms you are describing.
