What is Agar Agar Powder?

I’ve heard it mentioned on Masterchef but wondered what it is and where it can be bought.

Interesting. I’ve often seen this in recipes but never tried it… now I know it’s a vegetarian version of gelatine. Thanks for the question.

It’s a stronger form of gelatine and you can buy it in the supermarket
