  • A baby swing hands down. It frees you up to do other things, instead of having to sit there bouncing baby yourself. Ours is used overtime Im in the shower and want to see bubs (I just put him in it and it plays music and swings), or if Im making dinner. The swinging motion is rhythmic so I find it often outs him to sleep. Definitely worth the money!

  • If you are referring to a baby ( loblong shaped )seat that bounces lightly when the baby was placed , I was lucky to borrow one from my sister in law when my kids were born and it was very handy when you needed to put the baby down to settle . Of course it was used when they were a few moths old ( not for newborns ) and found it very practical especially feeding time as they sat very well in it . The bouncy movement also put them to sleep so I enjoyed it too .

  • I preferred a swing as my children like to be “moving”
