  • I have struggled with washing liquids all my life due to eczema. Mum used to use an Amway product. For years I used OMO sensitive but last year I discovered Method liquid detergent which I buy through ENJO. It is fabulous! I just love it. It is all natural and even has a nice scent. It works well for both me and both eczema-ridden kids….

  • Thank you for all the suggestions you all have been very helpful. I tried purity and it seems to work for us :)

  • We use OMO sensitive liquid. Never have had an issue using this.

  • soap crystals or powder in the washing super market aisle
In a packet no additives ,put it in my bath too as makes skin clean and smooth true!
    yes you can smile
    but really worthwhile

  • I use Purity as my daughter as eczema. seems ok for my mother in law too as she has sensitive skin on her hands

  • We use Purity too. You often don’t need as much as is listed on the bottle. You get plenty of suds with only a small amount. With bad stains I spray them with Orange Power, give it a good rub then rinse thoroughly before putting clothes in washing machine. It works better and is less irritant than Sard or Preen. I have on occasions soaked the items in a bucket overnight in a bucket of water before rinsing them and putting in thre washing machine with Purity. We have got rid of severe rashes etc. in a very short period of time.
I wish you every success in reducing or even curing the problem.

  • MOOGOO

  • I would advise you Dermaveen. It’s very gentle to the skin. You can find it at the pharmacy.

  • Thanks for the tip on Purity; will take a look at this detergent.

  • I bought one from woollies, called Purity it’s in a light blue bottle in the detergent section washing liquid is a full light blue bottle and softener is a light blue bottle with a pink lid. It is fantastic as my son was getting rashes as a baby and once I started using this the rash went away. And it smells super fresh.
Cheap too for sensitive skin….atm on special for $2.99 for 1.25l bottle

  • Amway has a terrific product for sensitive skin and also a lotion that really helps clear eczema.

  • Thanks for asking this question; interested and following the answers.

  • I use OMO sensitive for my 3 year old as she has very sensitive and eczema prone skin… works well for her
