Chicken Great with a marinade made with greek yoghurt and spices or tandoori paste. ALso love alternating with slices of veggies – capsicum, onion, mushroom

I love making chicken with a satay sauce and add onion and capsicum.

My family just lve the chicken Ones, i do it the cheats way and i buy breast chicken and smoother it in the masterfood honey soy and garlic Marinade and leave it for a hour before i cook it. I have done this for parties and have found it costs me a third o what it would of if i purchased them ready made and i get heaps more. I even frezze them ready to cook that way as well.
