I love doing an easy pulled pork. I put a boneless piece of pork (like shoulder – trim off the fat layer) and tip a jar of tomato passata and a jar of salsa over the top and cook till the meat is falling apart. Then we eat it on baked potatoes, or with veg, or in a roll with coleslaw etc. Sometimes I add extra spice like some jalapenos.
