Little one at six months developed eczema and also reactions to animal proteins. I was told by someone many years ago that NEWAYS had a product that had worked great in clearing skin from eczema, however I do not remember what it was. May have been a barrier cream?

  • Try Moo Goo – we found it worked very well.

  • I use qv skincare on my 3 kids all who have had eczema since an early age. it is specifically designed for eczema and sensitive skin conditions.

  • I have been told QV by a few people who have kids with it, my son has gotten it recently as well. I just started the QV yesterday so we’ll see :) I got flair up oil, wash and the cream.

  • A steroid like dermaid and a thick moisturizer like dermeze

  • I have dermatitis and eczema and I use QV products and goats milk products. When it gets really bad I do have to get a cortisone gel from my Dr.

  • I see this is an older post! I took my young bub to an allergist and he didn’t have any allergies! basically was told to use a steroid elecon. and a thick moisturiser, like dermeze. avoid hot water, and all the natural stuff that was plant based (cocnut/olive oil) was making it worst! also no pintarsol

  • dermaid when really bad

  • This sounds strange but the NutriClean OLC all purpose cleaner is great ive been washing my daughter in it. Doesn’t cause skin irritation and cleans the skin. Also can be use for other things such as cleaning fruit and veg, pets, dish washing, kitchen and bathroom. Lady got me on to it and haven’t look back. That now I sell Nutrimetics. If you would like to know more just look on my web http://www.nutrimetics.com.au/tracybaker

  • I have dermatitis …. I buy products made from water / water based with natural oils added. Also you may also have to look at your washing powder. We buy the cheap brands as they have less chemicals in them.

  • My little girl suffered very badly from eczema and we had tried all sorts of lotions and potions. The best thing that we found worked was to keep her covered in Johnson’s baby sorbelene and to keep her cool. She eventually out grew it.

  • I like the Moogoo products, their scalp cream is great for cradle cap too.

  • I would try bathing with a neutral bath oil, like QV or cetaphil. Water on its own is very drying. Then I would try moisturising with a product called Dermeeze, it’s quite thick and greasy, but it moisturises so well and will provide a barrier.

  • Hi, I don’t know the product that you are looking for but I use the Gaia baby range on my kids. I really like how gentle they are & they don’t upset my eldest son’s eczema.
