My little girl is almost 13 months old, she used to nap around 11:30 and 2:30 and goes to bed at 8:30pm was a good schedule but now she’s no longer going down at those times and it’s not consistent anymore. How many times to your little ones nap and what time do they go to bed?

  • Toddlers’ sleep needs vary, but those who get the recommended amount of sleep have better mental, emotional, and physical health.
At a year old, most babies take two naps a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.2 The morning nap is typically the shorter of the two, but together those naps should add up to about two to three hours of sleep. Nighttime sleep makes up the difference, usually between 11 to 12 hours.

  • My little one is 14 months and is on roughly the same pattern. 1030, 430 and 900. Working well so far and I’m hoping it becomes a permanent pattern.
