I bought a jar of organic extra virgin coconut oil recently, but I’m a bit hesitant to use it. Can I use it for baking as well as cooking meals? Can it be substituted with other oils in recipes, and if so, do I substitute it 1:1 or not? Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance. And if you have any recipes, please point me in the right direction
