I walk a lot. I love to walk, but I worry I don’t get enough physical activity and it might be harder to shift the baby weight later. What are your top tips and favourite pregnancy exercises?

  • I did a lot of walking too and found that it was sufficent to keep excess weight off.


  • I did pilates for pregnant chicks and swimming


  • WALKING, SWIMMING IS GOOD TO FEEL WEIGHTLESS AND CYCLING GENTLY


  • Have you been used to swimming fairly regularly? Ask you Obst. if it is safe for you to swim or walk in the water. It helps with back or sciatica pain. I know a lady who was advised to continue with it at one stage. Her baby was laying sideways, pressing on her hips and also back towards her spine.


  • I am a walking girl, that’s all I really do and am happy with that


  • I loved going to zumba classes
