  • I think every child is different. My almost 12 month old still wakes during the night a few times. My 3 year old has some nights where he will sleep all through and then other nights he will wake once for a drink.

  • 6 months

  • Around 6mths, don’t worry it will happen soon enough!

  • My daughter was breastfed and started sleeping through the night (10 hours in a row) the night before turning 2 months old. Every child is different indeed.

  • You could try giving your baby some cereal or something similar with a night feed before you go to bed. I know a Mum who did that with all her babies. They slept a lot longer overnight. Have you tried offering water during the night. If baby is teething that may be part of the reason. Do you need to supplementary feed or simply add more to the bottle? I know one baby who used to wake up and cry if a fresh nappy was needed.

  • Both of mine were on formula and slept through at 2 weeks but it wasnt every night. Each baby is different though.
