  • I have a 3 year old who sleeps after lunch for 2 hours then sleeps at 9pm to 7am =)

  • I don’t recall, but I do know we managed to stay with one sleep until he was nearly 3. I worked part-time and my Mum was fantastic at keeping that one sleep going for as long as possible.

  • It was around 18 months for my little one.

  • About 16 months for my son who is now 5 years old and my daughter who is 3 years old at the end of next month still takes a daily nap.

  • About 16 months for both of ours. And then they both gave up daytime sleeps altogether at about 27 months!!

  • She’s almost 15 months and is in the process of dropping back to one sleep now.

  • My three were all between 18 months and 2 (and then between 2.5 and 3 when they dropped naps all together)

  • When she was around two :)

  • About 15 months. Initially she gradually went down later and later for her morning sleep. I found it was best if I gave her lunch earlier and put her down earlier in the afternoon. If I was lucky she slept for at least 2 1/2 hours.

  • around 1 lol. 1 and a half

  • My daughter dropped down to one sleep when she was 15 months

  • Exactly when he turned one

  • They dropped down to just an afternoon sleep at approx age 1. And at approx age 3, mine had pretty much stopped the afternoon sleep too, with just an occasional nap on busy days

  • Both my kids dropped from 2 sleeps to 1 around 6 months, my son dropped that one before he was 1!!
