Personally up to you if you think she’s old enough, but I would wait until she asks for it.

I think it also depends on the culture. I was born in Brazil, there we pierce our daughter’s ears when they are newborn.
My husband is German and the culture is different from mine.
We have two daughters and we have agreeded that when they are old enough to understand and if they ask to have there ears pierced than we will do it.

School,age is the best age. No way would I have it done to a baby, that’s just too hard :/

When they are old enough to truly want them done and old enough to maintain them ie clean the earrings etc

I had my daughters done when they were 2yrs old

I also say six. My dad let me choose if I wanted to on my six birthday and I still have find mementos of it, feeling like I was all gown up

I’ve not had my ears pierced and am not sure what I will do if my daughters want to get theirs pierced.

I always worried that at a really young age they would pull at them and they would get infected.

The rule for my sister and I was on our tenth birthday. We always looked forward to it until I reached my tenth birthday and was too scared, so waited until my eleventh birthday. Guess it gave me a chance to choose when I was ready.

Make sure u get the spray for her ears I case it gets infected?
