  • I waited until 6 months.

  • i gave mine at 2 1//2 months – depends on the child. trial tasting of smooth consistencies and see if baby takes to it

  • Every bub is different i started my son on solids at 3 and a half months he loved it

  • I recently read an article which stated from 4 months, not not things with too fibre initially. However your baby may react differently and need more fibre. Some Mums start solids with baby Rice Cereal. One of ours didn’t like it so I tasted it – it was revolting. I’ve since heard about a few babies who don’t like it. I swapped to pureed apple, and vegetables a combination of pumpkin and potato.

  • It is usually recommended to start at 6 months

  • My kids were 4 months when I started introducing solids, that was the recommended age at the time.
