While the cheap ones may meet Aust. standards I find some still let quite a lot of glare through. I bought some at OPSM and would probably still have them had I not left them on the seat of the car, then sat on them after an accident.
Appparently Specsavers are very good too. Those which are bought in Opticians should have strong frames that can be adjusted. The cheap ones can’t.
We buy ours from the chemist. I find they’re all sun safe and don’t cost a fortune, which is handy because they’re an item we often lose and have to replace
Sick of buying more expensive glasses and losing them/breaking them/the kids breaking them I now buy mine from KMart! $8 a pair so if I find a style I like I get 2 or 3 pair and leave one in my car, one in my bag etc. They have good SPF ratings and do the job.
I always buy mine from an independent glasses shop in the local shopping centre as they are reasonably prices. Specsavers have some nice ones! Online also have some really cool designs!
Have your tried online? I bought mkne through an optometrist as I had to get prescription lenses put it. Sunglass hutt used to be my regular prior to needing prescription
I have been buying mine from berwick market. They are cheap, look great and if your little ones break them they are easily replaced. Learnt quick not to keep buying expensive sunnies!!
