Hang it in a cool dry place, so that it is not actually touching anything, my mother if she wants to store for extended length of time, like 12 mnths etc, she will wrap in glad wrap, plastic bags, etc and place in deep freeze, take out a few days before and hang It to defrost then boil as per normal to complete cooking, and these are just like freshly made. I have had them that have been frozen for 5 years and they are fine, I think that most of the ingredients are things that last forever anyway so they store well,
