I am not particularly loyal to a certain brand – I purchase nappies when they are on special and am always on the look out for the best deals. Just wondering if any mums out there have any recommendations on where to find the best deals, or which nappies are the best value in general? Do you know where to buy the cheapest nappies?

  • I think the cheapest way to go is MCNs from ebay, though I’m not sure if you want to go the cloth nappy route. But it is definitely cheap if that’s what you’re after!

  • I find the best value for money nappies that don’t leak are the babylove driwave from big w, Woolies or chemist warehouse

  • All my friends swear by the Aldi Brand Nappies.

  • Coles nappies are very cheap if you are interested in disposable or hte other way you can go is cloth nappies. You can use them for ages. if you use the terry towel squares they will last many children and then there is the MCN. that will last one or 2 children depending on how well you keep them.

  • I look on eBay and Gumtree people offen sell nappies because their child has out grown them. You can get some good bargains.

  • Babylove are good and reasonably priced…or if you have a Costco near you, their brand nappies (Kirkland) are great :-)

  • Snugglers, buy when on special, most cost effective and efficient. Cheaper brands don’t seem to work as well.

  • we always went with huggies (didn’t seem to have as many leakages and we don’t have Aldi). We found purchasing them from Big W was the cheapest as a general unless Coles had a super special (like at the moment $28 a box).

  • I found Babylove to be Great and Cost Effective.

  • You really need to keep an eye out on the savings.

  • Huggies were always good, and so were Snugglers. I always bought when they were on special and stocked up.

  • Aldi brand is the best and cheaper. they haven’t let me down.

  • huggies is great for newborn, and then i switched to aldi..they are alot cheaper and havent let me down yet!

  • I’ve tried all brands of nappies and found huggies to be the best in terms of value for money. The cheaper brands sag and fall apart way before a huggies nappy will. I found when buying the cheaper brands I would go through them a lot quicker than the huggies ones. I buy them from Big W. They’re on sale at the moment for $29 a box and I like to stock up when they’re on sale.

  • Target & Kmart have them along with wipes that are their brands but still good quality. Also I buy Aldi nappies & wipes, never had an issue with them. Good price & good quality.
