  • Fish is healthier but please buy sustainable fish, you can look up the website. Chicken is high in fat and has no where as much nutrition. But kids can be healthy without either too. Fruit and veggies are more important.

  • Both are good but probably fish, more.

  • I think both but fish is more better than chicken

  • It really depends on how you eat it. Anything fried won’t be good for you. If the kids will eat it steamed it will be better

  • Just mix it up so you get the benefits of both ????

  • Chicken and fish are good choices for the budget too.

  • Their both good for you. My kids love fish. I think they would eat it every day if I let them

  • I use canned tuna in mornay, the sandwich one in sandwiches in the warm weather, If buy fresh or frozen fish to cook, be aware that a few species have a high mercury level. The worst one is probably swordfish. Some people use them a lot for fish soup or in seafood chowder. Fish has omega 3 fatty acids in it so it possibly has more nutritional benefits

  • We eat both and enjoy cooking with both.

  • Both are packed with protein. Fish has a great supply of Omega 3, another essential for body/bones. Both have great benefits. I like to mostly cook chicken, fish then beef.

  • I would say a mix of both for a balanced diet

  • They are both good for Protein. I suppose it depends on one’s taste. I like both.

  • Probably fish is better for your body. But I prefer chicken.

  • I think there are health benefits to eating both. If your kids eat both, keep cooking and serving both. It’ll save you getting tired of eating just one

  • I personally think fish
