I’m a bit skeptical but am amazed by the results of the various body wraps around. Have you used them and what did you think of them?

  • No I haven’t use them.
There’s no evidence that a body wrap will help you lose weight. While you may be down a few pounds after using one, this is mainly due to water loss. As soon as you hydrate and eat, the number on the scale will go right back up. The only proven way to lose weight is through proper diet and adequate exercise.

  • I’d give them a go but wouldn’t pay for them unless I saw results.

  • My niece sold them for a while and swore by there effectiveness. She no longer sells them so I’m guessing they weren’t all that good

  • My niece sold them for a while. I would say they either don’t work very well or are too expensive because she gave up selling them

  • Funny how many things that were big in the eighties have come around again mum112217! :)
