Hello!

I know its winter but no matter what I do my feet are constantly so cold I wear 2 pairs of socks and winter slippers and it gets to the stage that I have to use a hot water bottle just to try and get them warm which does help for a bit and then they are cold again. Any one know why this might be happening? What can I do?

  • Poor circulation or diabetes? Maybe see a doctor.

  • You may have an iron deficiency.. That was one of my symptoms and my gp put me on an iron supplement. It worked.

  • I get cold feet too… I often have low iron so it might be that? Or it could be a circulation issue.. Maybe make an appointment with your GP..

  • It might have something to do with not having a good blood circulation.

  • I have to use a wheat bag but then my feet get too hot…lol.

  • I suffer with cold feet even at night in summer I have to wear socks, for winter I buy the Sherpa lined bed socks from Red Dot. They are the best for winter time and in summer I buy a cotton sock to wear to bed and I’m fine then to sleep. In the day I buy Thermal socks the best or wear my Ugg boots as they keep me warm.

  • Sounds like you may have poor circulation. If you are concerned about it, it’s probably very worthwhile seeing a doctor.

  • I would suggest you visit your GP and get your iron levels checked.

  • check with your doctor why you have poor circulation.

  • Sorry for the question marks …I used a smile face but the site had other ideas. xo

  • 1/ First visit your GP as there are quite a few health reasons for cold feet.
2/ A warm water with Epsom salts foot bath will help with circulation, help to reduce stress, and help with inflammation.
All the very best to you. ????

  • I swear I just saw something about cold feet on The Good Doctor! Get your circulation checked out just in case there’s an underlying reason for it

  • It may be to do with your circulation I find if I walk more my circulation is better and my feet don’t feel so cold.

  • My feet are cold most of the time too. Circulation is part of it I believe as when I move (walk, swim etc) is the biggest relief.
