I’m just wondering what other stay at home mums do for some extra cash? Apart from arts/crafts, selling unwanted items etc?

  • That’s great idea! I am not sure, but good luck!

  • Looking at your skill set and what you like doing might be a good starting point?

  • What about online teaching, would that be something for you ?

  • It’s difficult to find something that pays a half decent amount of money – surveys are good time fillers, but you can’t make much money. And now, due to Covid, online work is much harder to find with over 10 times more people competing for the same job …..

  • I’ve a friend who does make up and another one sells diet food, I myself foster children.

  • I’ve just started to sell unwanted items but I’ve been doing online surveys for a long time. If they don’t offer to put money into your bank you can cash your points in for gift cards. Some times I don’t pay for my shopping because of all the gift cards I’ve earned. I also used to take in ironing. Just depends on what’s available in your area and how the Coronavirus is in your area.

  • Online Surveys. Im a veteran, being doing them for years. With alot of company’s,some take ages to accumulate points, others not long. Depends how many you do..I do it when I have spare time.
Some pay cash to your bank, others give gift cards.

  • Any mums who are stuck at home and are wanting to make some money, I have a suggestion! I was trying to find some ways to make money on Reddit I come across this post about a new English learning app and they need native English speakers to make short 10-30 second videos. I have been on this app for 4 months now and I’ve been loving it! It’s so fun and easy, if you want to check it out here is the original post that I found: https://www.reddit.com/r/beermoney/comments/i1hogr/speak_english_and_make_money_as_a_contributor/

  • It’s hard to come up with an idea that you can set up a webpage and do from home. By the time I think of one, I find there are a few before me already doing it!
You can get some pocket money doing surveys, but you won’t make a living from it.

  • I do pet sitting from home through a web site called madpaws and Pawshake. I get to look after other ppls pets without the added expense of having my own pet. My kids love having new dogs to play with each week.

  • Most stay home mums do family day care. But it was hard for me.I think survey sites are great. You can redeem points for shopping vouchers. You can do them any time.

  • Surveys are a great way to earn gift cards and even PayPal payments. There are tons of sites out there but I always recommend PureProfile as a good place to start because it’s survey feed is similar to a Facebook feed where you can see exactly how long each survey is and what it’ll pay and then you can pick and choose which ones you’d like to do. Survey sites generally pay about $2 per 20 minutes.

  • An online virtual business.
I have 3 children 5, 4 and 2.5 And I have an online virtual business franchise and I love all the rewards, the flexibility, the potential to earn big $$ and incentives that this business gives me. I work my business around my family and day to say life. I’ve made incredible friends and gained confidence.

  • I started tutoring children in Maths for a few hours a week :)

  • Selling unwanted staff at the moment
