  • I’ve just begun to incorporate jogging into my exercise routine. The first couple of times were hard but I’m improving

  • I love getting out walking with the kids. I have been doing all these exercises at once tonight as I missed out on starting at the start of the challenge…ill go for a walk tomorrow with the kids :)
