  • I have done deep breathing exercises for a long time – mainly to help me get to sleep at night. Thanks to your tip, I will do them when I am feeling stressed, too. I’m sure it will help me. Thanks again for your tips – this challenge has been wonderful.

  • Such a beautiful reminder to be mindful. I need to do this more often. I also have a few lines I repeat to myself that everything is OK, rough patches pass, I am OK. Smiling surprisingly helps relax my body too. Rolling the shoulders and untensing the body helps me too. Thanks Debbie
