Nourishing Bubs helps you lay down positive, healthy eating habits by exposing your baby to a range of fresh, nutritious foods.

Is your baby ready to start solids? We know too well how time consuming and overwhelming this process can be. Cutting, steaming and pureeing, however, can leave mum and dad feeling exhausted.

Nourishing Bubs, founded by paediatric nutritionist and Accredited Practising Dietitian, Olivia Bates, takes all the hard work out of introducing solids.

The Nourishing Bubs range consists of 100% fresh fruit and vegetable purees, snap-frozen into easy-to-use individual portions. All Nourishing Bubs products are 100% Australian made using 100% Australian fruit & veggies! That means no salt, no added sugar, no thickeners, no preservatives.

There are three different Nourishing Bubs packs available:

Baby’s First Foods Fruit (Apple, Pear, Strawberry, Plum)
The Baby’s First Foods Fruit pack is suitable for babies starting their very first mouthfuls of solids from 4 months onwards. We do however encourage you to start on the vegetable pack first, as like adults, babies naturally develop a love for sweet, however need to be trained to love the taste of vegetables. As your baby grows, matures and can tolerate more texture, you can start adding other elements to the puree such as unsweetened full fat greek yoghurt, oats or soaked chia seeds.

Baby’s First Foods Veg (Beetroot, Pumpkin, Zucchini and Cauliflower)
The Baby’s First Foods Vegetable pack is suitable for babies starting their very first mouthfuls of solids from 4 months onwards. As your baby grows, matures and can tolerate more texture, you can start adding protein to the puree such as cooked fish or meat and grains such as quinoa or rice.

Baby’s First Foods Veg (Sweet Potato, Broccoli, Parsnip, Carrot) – COMING SOON
This Baby’s First Foods Vegetable pack is suitable for babies starting their very first mouthfuls of solids from 4 months onwards. As your baby grows, matures and can tolerate more texture, you can start adding protein to the puree such as cooked fish or meat and grains such as quinoa or rice.

  • A good way to introduce your child to different veggies etc but it isn’t that hard to batch cook and freeze your own, especially in larger portions.
