Just in time for Christmas, Bunnings has launched the ultimate DIY project – a building block kit to build your very own Bunnings Warehouse.

Bunnings fans are going to be super excited to get their handy paws on this one. It’s basically a Lego-compatible construction kit to build a miniature version of the hardware giant. Of course, no Bunnings is complete without a sausage sizzle and this set has one of these too, with adorable mini hotdogs. It also includes a drive-in area for tradies and nursery.

The Bunnings ‘Building Block Warehouse’ comes with 168 pieces and costs $30. The set is only available at Bunnings with limited stock available.

How much would you (or your kids) love your own mini Bunnings? Tell us in the comments below.

  • LOL maybe I should buy one of these for hubby! I love that such an iconic Australian brand has made Legos – maybe there should be other brands too like Coles and Woolworths. Maybe it could be the next new collectible idea- earn credits to buy the Lego!

  • There was “building” toys” around many years before Lego was introduced. I have had “build-a-bricks” since I was about 4 years old. It has a type of plastic bricks – some white and some red.
Thin metal strips you use to put in doorways, windows etc the same as metal is built into houses to support bricks above the door and window frames, white plastic fences and gates like the houses and farms have, small round yellow containers that can be used to artificial in if you have any. With imagination you could make all sorts of things with them. Even brick tank stands

  • I think my nephews would like it.

  • I’m sure a lot of males of all ages would love this

  • This is such a fun gift! I love it

  • This is awesome – that’s the Chrissie presents sorted for the boys!

  • Great fun for the kids and their adults!

  • a fantastic idea

  • Oh wow, this is too cute, I know two little boys who would be very excited about this!

  • How cute is this! I can think of a couple of people who would really enjoy this one!!!

  • Well, now I’ve seen everything!!!!

  • My nephew would love this. He loves his leggos

  • I’m not real sure about that!

  • Oh no, Lego will not be happy another copy style, they just sued Lepin and this is another one straight out of China. They should have made them in wood and made it into a craft project, after all they are a DIY and hardware shop not a toy shop.

    • Yes, wood could have been nice too !

  • so on the sausage sizzle, can you put onions on top or bottom?
