This recipe combines two iconic Australian treats, fairy bread and lamingtons.

This is the perfect party food for anyone young or old! I mean really, who doesn’t love fairy bread?

If you are lazy like me just grab a ready made cake from Coles or Woolworths, ice them and then roll in hundreds and thousands.

BUT if you want to make them from scratch you can get the recipe HERE on Taste.com.au

  • I’m not a huge fan of 100s and 1000s but what an awesome idea for a new variation of lamingtons.

  • A great party idea as many children are not coconut fans either. The hundreds and thousands would look good on a chocolate base/iced cake too.

    • These lamingtons bring colour to a party table for sure!

  • I’m not really a fan of Lamingtons because I don’t like coconut but this is something that’s pretty cool.
We had tried them from Tokyo Lamington and they weren’t bad. A bit on the dry side but I wouldn’t mind trying to create them.
