Episode 8 of the Learning Early Series offers parents advice on what they should be packing in their child’s lunchbox. For parents of young children who will be soon be enrolled in school, the thought of packing that first school lunchbox may be a daunting one. Healthy eating has become particularly topical in recent times and there is increased pressure on parents to ensure that their children are eating the right foods at school.
