A search is underway for a mother and her young son missing.
The couple are from Cranbourne, in Melbourne’s south-east, and have been missing since Thursday.
Allyson Monti, 34, and her four-year-old son Dakota Johns were last seen by family on the afternoon of September 8.
Police are particularly concerned for their wellbeing because Ms Monti has a medical condition.
The mother and son are often in the Cranbourne, Gippsland, Bairnsdale and Traralgon areas.
Ms Monti is described as Caucasian and about 170cm tall, with a medium build and long blonde hair.
Her son Dakota is about 90cm tall with a slim build, glasses and short blond hair.

UPDATE:
Missing mother Allyson Monti and her son Dakota have been found on Tuesday evening.
They were located in Cranbourne this evening.
Police would like to thank the public and media for their assistance.
