Police are asking for the public’s assistance to locate a man they would like to talk to in relation to a sexual assault that took place in a cinema Glenn Waverly, Victoria earlier today.

Victorian Police have released a statement:
Box Hill Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team detectives are appealing for public assistance after a girl was sexually assaulted in Glen Waverley last month.
Investigators have been told that the 13-year-old was watching a movie at a cinema complex on Springvale Road about 4.40pm on Saturday, 20 February.
A man entered the cinemas and sat two seats down from the victim and placed a coat between them.
During the movie the man has reached under the coat and sexually assaulted the young girl.
He was confronted by the girl’s mother and ran from the cinema when she went to report him to staff.
