I wouldn’t have thought that baby safety gates could not get released without a great deal of testing – do they have to be graded at an Australian Standard?

Good on Ikea for recalling them.

I am left wondering how these pass safety standards in the first place?
Any how for now as much publicity about the recall as possible needs to get out and I pray that no serious accidents occur.

Good to see products recalled so no-one else can get hurt.

It’s important to give so much advertisement as possible to these recalls. Hopefully no child was seriously injured!

The last thing you’d expect to be unsafe is a safety product!

I hope there are no accidents as a result of the faulty gates.
