Yes they are thin and crispy either in the oven or air fryer. Great flavour and smooth spud .

These shoestring chips were a hit with the kids we baked them in the air fryer without adding any extra oil and they came out crispy, golden and delicious. The benefit of not having all that unnecessary oil added on was amazing as the kids prefer them air fried now.
