Tasty apple danish! I love having this frozen dessert in the fridge because my children, husband and I really enjoy sharing this after a nice dinner.

The pastry is heaven. Crispy and buttery richness. With stewed, yummy apple in between the 2 layers. Perfect wintery dessert. Straight from freezer to oven and done in a few minutes

I love this, apart from the saltanas! I just pick them out of my portion and it is then perfect! It has a lovely flavour and texture.

The danishes have all been made smaller, the apple isn’t as well cooked (in the apple one) and the pastry is not good anymore.

You can’t go past a good Danish and I’ve found Sara Lee’s to be some of the best on the market. Once it is cooked you really can’t tell the difference between this and a fresh one from the bakery! Perfection!

Out of the Sara Lee desserts I always come back to this one. Provided you follow the instructions in setting the correct oven temperature , this dessert always turns out great . The pastry is nice and light , combined with the sweet apples which tastes really natural. A good item to have if you need a quick dessert and tastes great all the time .
