I really love this quiche for lunch time with a little salad. It is quick to cook and tastes great! I do prefer cooking them in a oven so the pastry is harder but if you’re in a rush cooking in the microwave is still yummy!

The flavours on this quiche were quite nice and taste good both warm and cold which is quite rare for snacks like quiches with cheese.
