These were really easy to cook and had a decent amount of filling – only thing it needed salt.

I tried these chilli beef macaroni balls against my husband’s advice. He didn’t think they were good; he thought they were bland. They’re not super spicy, which is perhaps what he expected. They have a more subtle chilli zing. I found they tasted extra good with ranch dressing as a dipping sauce.
