    We love the Birds Eye Oven Bake Crumbed Lemon Pepper variety. The pepper adds a little extra flavour to the lemon flavoured crumb. The hoki fish fillets are moist, tender and tasty. An easy family meal.

    I really am a big fan of Birds Eye products and in particular their frozen fish range of products. This frozen fish is another one that I happily eat.

    Not a bad product for those needing a quick meal, but I was not a fan. First fish came out dry and flaky, the next one was soggy from the ice that had accumulated on the batter, but couldn’t come off before baking.

    I prefer these to the plainer varieties the flavour is just delicious! Although, my fussy husband prefers things that don’t have a lemon flavour I feel as though you can’t go past lemon and fish together- a match made in heaven.

    I love how simple these are to prepare, oven bakes to perfection and has great taste that everyone loves. Diced up and mixed with lettuce and tar tare sauce in a warmed pitabread with a little bit of salsa and grated cheese is awesome too.

    The lemon pepper in the title put me off a little as I’m not a lemon pepper fan. But I was pleasantly surprised. The lemon is only just there, the crumbs are crisp and thinly coat a nice sized piece of fish

    These are a favourite in our household. I love the lemon while my partner loves the pepper so we both really love the taste. They have a good amount of crumbing and the fish is firm and delicious. They cook quite fast and can go with boiled veg to make quite a good meal. They are inexpensive so definitely a winner.
