These are very handy to have. Easy and quick tl coon. I think only 9 min each side. Lemon crumb is ok. Not too lemony, though we prefer the original. Great thing is fish doesn’t have bones so perfect for kids.

Tastes great, easy to prepare – into the oven it goes, set the timer and presto, Yummy fish. Apart from my 6 year old not liking the lemon taste, the rest of the children love it. If its within my budget (as it is pricey) that week I will buy it. Tastes great, paired with mash potatoes, garlic beans and side of garlic bread. Yummo.

Birds Eye Oven Bake Crumbed Lemon can be a bit hit and miss for me. Some pieces are lovely and some are really fishy (yes I know that sounds silly but it is way too strong for me). I find if it is dark/ brown it is too strong in flavour but the white meat is nice.

The number 1 reason I buy this fish is that it’s Halal. It’s very important to me that the meat I eat is blessed before being sacrificed. I also love the taste and texture but it could have more lemon flavour. I add extra fresh lemon to mine to make it even healthier and taste even greater! My daughter really enjoys eating this fish too.

I bought a box of these as there were on sale. The thought in the back of my head, was cardboard flavour, soggy and no taste. WOW, was I surprised. The flavour was yummy, not all soggy once cook and was full of flavour. Even my kids eat them and that’s a plus for me. I will be putting this fish on my shopping list every week.

I really love lemon flavour with seafood. The delicate lemon flavour gives the crumb and overall product a little bit of zineg. Great tasting as far as frozen fish goes.

I like frozen fish and the convenience factor is a big plus but while I found the fish to be it’s usual moist quality I didn’t really enjoy the lemon in the crumb. I’m not sure if it was too tart or just too much unlike the flavour of fresh lemon. I’d give these a miss next time I think and just go for the battered.

Bird’s Eye is my favourite brand when it comes to frozen fish…..I have purchased this crumbed fish with lemon and cooked it up for dinner with a plate of mash & vegies. You can taste the lemon in this fish and it provides a nice fresh taste, it’s not at all overpowering.
When cooked to perfection, this crumbed fish can be served so delightfully crunchy, I love this texture.
My only negative with this fish is that it can have black/grey areas in the fish meat, which don’t look appetising….I love my fish meat nice & white. And another negative, last time I read the origin of the fish on the packaging, it wasn’t from Australia (from memory – I will have to look again) and it concerns me when we import any type of seafood from Indonesia or waters around that area, or China.

Friday night fish n chips – solved!! I love frozen fish, lets be honest, most fish and chip shops have frozen stuff now, so I would prefer mine to come from a big trusted brand. This product does not disappoint – do turn it half way through the cook, so it is crunchy on both sides.

Such an easy way to prepare tea. Simple to cook and tastes nice too. It’s often on special so be on the look out for that. Great product.
