I love cooking these in the air fryer. They come out really crispy and moist. The flavour is good too. Goes really well as a fish burger with some tartare sauce, sliced cheese and lettuce.

We absolutely love this product! The fish tastes fresh (even though I keep it frozen for a few months). The crumbs are not oily at all. It has no bones, so very confident on giving it to my little one.
Sometimes is hard to find this big box in the supermarket, so usually have to buy the 6 pack, which could be quite expensive if not on special. Worth the money though

Though a bit on the small size, these pieces are ok to eat when fish is needed in a hurry. Just have to remember to turn them over in the oven otherwise they are soggy on one side.

The Hoki is amazing quality and it really feels like I am eating at a Fish N Chip shop next to the sea because it tastes fresh. The servings are also generous and I like how each piece is quite big. This is a fantastic last minute go to dinner as well because it is so easy to whack in the oven and ‘whala’! My kids love it and so do the adults and despite being crumbed and feeling like a takeaway indulgence I find it quite healthy for those nights that are impossible to create meals from scratch. A real keeper to have in the freezer for those kind of days.
