Fish is great very healthy meal perfect with salad and I have either fish sauce or sweet chili sauce both taste great aswell with thousand island sauce on salad

When I can not get to a certain shop, I will buy I&j Light & Crispy Lemon Fish Fillets at the supermarket for their delish flavour. They are a good size for children to eat and easy to cut in half if need a small piece. We cook ours in the oven so no extra oil is needed. Just pop them in the oven with some chips and dinner is ready with no fuss.

We probably don’t eat enough fish and these are a way that my kids will eat it. There is a nice amount of lemon flavour and the fillets do crisp up well.

I have been buying this packet of I&j light and crispy lemon fish fillets for months and months now because this is the best value pre-prepared fish fillets and they also takes fantastic. My only problem is that I think Woolies has stopped stocking it

My boys and I prefer the Lightly Seasoned variety which we serve in a wrap. I like the family size as I can cook it all and use any leftovers for heir school lunch.
