I can taste the healthiness out of this but it’s not worth the price for rice and chia in a tiny mashed up ball of bread

We would order a vegan nuggets from a local establishment. Then found these at Coles. Airfried in minutes ready to go with fried rice. Fry’s rice protein & chia nuggets crunchy. Morish flavour that hits the spot. Dipped in sauce of your liking. Love having a handful of boxed in the freezer to go.

Bought these for my 4 year old vegetarian grandson. Unfortunately he didn’t enjoy them. Could just be the age of not wanting to try new things. Will try again as I’d like to have some easy veg options in the freezer for when he comes to stay.

Chicken nuggets are a winner with most kids but if you want a slightly healthier option, this are definitely worth a try. Easy to prepare and not easy to tell they aren’t chicken. Winner winner (not) chicken dinner

These are a great alternative to chicken nuggets even the texture inside is similar. My daughter doesn’t like normal chicken nuggets but will eat these.

These nuggets are a great alternative to normal chicken nuggets and a great source of protein. great for a pick me up snack knowing I’m eating less calories and can be served with a variety of sauces.

My sister eats these as she is gluten free and prefers them to the meat gf nuggets. I find them very yummy and a great snack!

This product is delicious, when I was trying to limit my meat intake they were my go to lunch idea. My 2 daughters enjoyed try too

The nuggets with rice and chia are a healthy option that I have tried a few times now. i like the taste and would buy them again.

I quiet enjoyed these and thought they tasted very nice for plant based option. My little one and partner turned their noses up at them tho, I think because of the colour being different than what they wanted tho. I’m going to keep buying them for me so maybe they will come around to them too.

I wasn’t expecting to like these because I bought another product with chia in it from the Fry’s brand and my children hated it but this one was great!

My kids love these. It’s a great gluten free option for vegetarians or for those who want to have a meatless dinner. We find them tasty and nice.

Fry’s Nuggets with Rice Protein & Chia are a frozen product I buy every week….we have chicken nuggets, fresh salad and share a Continental Macaroni Cheese Pasta for dinner one night a week. I love that there’s an option available for my daughter, so she doesn’t have to miss out on nuggets. They are much the same in value as Ingham’s Nuggets. They only take me 15 mins to heat up in the oven and they taste great.

Fry’s Nuggets With Rice Protein & Chia is not my favourite nuggets , I know it’s healthy but not tasty at all . I can’t trust it and I will not recommended

I thought these would be a nice, health replacement for regular nuggets. Wrong!!! The taste is….I don’t know how to describe it. It’s definitely something that needs to grow on you. Not impressed

These are ok but not a fabulous flavour. If on special I would buy for a quick snack but not my vegetarian nugget of choice.

ALWAYS love vegetarian options being available but for me not a delicious taste. Will do in a pinch, or for new vegetarians who need different options to complete whole foods but just average for me. (Will buy again if on a nice special but not worth the high price normally I think)
