I love having this in my freezer. It’s perfect for sweet and savoury and always gives a nice crispy buttery finish. My only gripe is why don’t they make them in a resealable packet? If they aren’t wrapped properly the edges going all dry and crusty in the freezer.

Since I bake a lot, this product is a must in my freezer. I never run out of it. It is very handy to quickly make puffs of croissants.

I love this puff pastry for a variety of reasons it can be used for so many ideas. Sausage rolls. Pies and sweets. My granddaughters make sausage rolls yet they only seem to eat the pastry with sauce than they are full .I think it’s just the crispy puff pastry they want not the filling.

this is the easiest puff pastry to use. i dont know if you have made it before but it is a lot of effort and this is so easy as they are pre rolled so you just defrost and use with no mess and no fuss. great for sweet and savoury dishes.

I love this pastry, it comes apart while frozen very easily and thaws quite fast when I need it. I use it for sausage rolls, pies, pasties and some pretty yummy deserts. It folds and sticks and puffs up to a delicious crisp top every time. Great taste and quality for a great price.

I love Pampas pastry, I keep a packet in my freezer. This weekend I had so much veg and meat left over from a sunday roast. I simply took out Pampas and after ten minutes they were defrosted enough to lay in my pie dish, load the vegies and meat in and cook. It was so easy to use and in less than 45 minutes I had the most delicious pie, Brown and Flaky enough to be professionally made. Thanks Pampas for saving my leftovers ☺

We made parsties with it and it worked well. It thawed out within a minute and was easy to manage. The end result was golden and flaky and didnt split at all.
