These Pampas Short Crust Pastry Sheets 5 Sheets are much like the other reduced fat option. They are the same consistency. They cook beautifully and arent soggy when done.

Pampas Short Crust Pastry Sheets is a product we always have in our freezer. These pastry sheets can be used for a multitude of different dishes – sweet or savoury – and bakes perfectly every time. To ensure it keeps well I enclose the pack in a large freezer bag with a tie to prevent frost bite.

Love it! Easy to use. Perfect size and its a must in our freezer. I am using it to make tarts shells or when my toddler wants to make cookies- just cut shapes , sprinkle with suggar or cinamone and bake…perfect

I have used Pampas short crust pastry for many of my baking project and have found the quality of the pastry to be wonderful. It doesn’t take long for the pastry to be ready to use and cooks very well in the oven.

I use shortcrust pastry as a base in my vanilla slices and i have found pampas to be a really nice pastry. It holds the texture well in the fridge and it always bakes really well.

Although these sheets are really nice you only get 5 sheets and for another product you get 6 for the same price so there are not worth it.

Then use whenever your cooking and baking great for making sweet and savoury foods cooks nicely and has a great crunch this is a good option for convenience

Great to keep in the freezer and keeps for ages but needs to be wrapped properly in plastic. I have only ever used to make quiche and it tastes good and so much easier than making your own.

I always have some of this on hand. It’s really easy to pull out a sheet of shortcrust pastry from the freezer, mix up some eggs, spinach and ricotta and make a simple yet wholesome quiche. Perfect for making mini quiches for lunchboxes too.

I have used this for family pies and for individual Quiches it was very easy to use. Just remember to cover with a damp cloth while thawing or it can dry out and crack easily.

This takes the fuss out of pie making. I love home made short pastry but this option is so much quicker for when I am rushed. My favourite use of this is for apple pie.
