  • FourNTwenty Classic meat pie (Pack of four (4))

    0.5 out of 5

Absolute rubbish, heavily salted, glue, not much meat.
Someone is doing without any knowledge of Australian Pie what it use to be.

  • Four n twenty meat pies are a Aussie tradition

    1 out of 5

I have always enjoyed Four N Twenty meat pies they are an icon of Aussie traditions the only thing I fault is the price has skyrocketed and made it very hard to afford

  • Favourite pie

    4.5 out of 5

The four and twenty brand is one of my favourite pies – its so meaty, juicy and saucy, everything you need in a hearty pie!

  • Gone down hill

    0.5 out of 5

Since this company was sold out to the Asian market the quality has dropped dramatically. Now full of grizzly rubbish. We bought a 4 pack we ate two and had to throw the other two away. And my partner hates throwing and food away. Four and twenty. Four percent meat twenty percent grizzle . Such a shame Australia no longer even produces a quality meat pie disgusted. Sargents pies were always our choice but are no longer available either. Australia ???????? no longer produces anything. Very sad ????

  • Great

    4.5 out of 5

Great, handy food to have in the freezer. My husband has them for a quick and easy lunch.
Bonus is they are a good price point too.

  • Not too bad

    3.5 out of 5

    These are pretty good pies.
My partner’s favourite, but I find that have a little too much gristle for my liking. The flavour is nice, the pastry to meat ratio is good

  • Family pack

    4 out of 5

Want a good plain meat pie? And enough for the whole family? We live these. The Four n Twenty pies are Tasty and value for money

  • Ok when travelling

    1.5 out of 5

They’re ok if your hungry or on the road as there convenient and easy to handle with minimal mess
But not a pie to sit down with and enjoy
There’s no flavour or texture as they’re usually heated in a hot box
Haven’t brought the frozen supermarket variety

  • What not to buy

    0.5 out of 5

I grew up with this brand but of late to many times I have got large grissel and god knows what in the pies so for me they can’t keep quality better than that I am gone no more for me

  • yep good

    4 out of 5

We end to buy these when they are special and keep some in the freezer. It stops us going and buying more expensive individual ones at the bakery. They cook up really well in the air fryer and they seem to be a good taste and value for money.

  • No thank you

    2.5 out of 5

I love a good old meat pie but not this brand I find the meat is disgusting the taste of it and the pastry is even worse not a fan

  • A great classic pie

    4.5 out of 5

I reckon the classic pie is great i run a pie under the tap and wet the outside then put a small tray of water in the oven, the pie cooks in a moist heat not a dry heat, bloody beautiful! im Garry im not a mom lol

  • easy go to

    3 out of 5

these pies are an easy and convenient go to when I don’t feel much like cooking, although the price is continuing to increase and they’re only purchased when on sale.

  • Weird texture

    2 out of 5

I remember growing up on these and loving it! But I bought them a few weeks ago and they had a really weird texture on the meat? It tasted sort of fake. Maybe I got a bad batch but I couldn’t finish it..

  • Fantastic

    4.5 out of 5

These go nice and golden in the oven. The pastry goes all nice and flaky too. The meat and gravy inside is lovely and well seasoned. I like these on the weekends for a quick lunch.

  • Delicious and quick

    3.5 out of 5

These are our go to quick lunch treat when we want a hot lunch
They are very tasty and not peppery like some others. Always a favourite for us

  • Tastes like Homemade

    3 out of 5

If I don’t have time to make a homemade meat pie, the Four N Twenty Pies Meat are second best. They are tasty and delicious, a family favourite.

Great buy and simple easy snack to have for the teenagers when they just don’t know what to eat. So easy to cook they even manage to do it themselves!

  • Love four n twenty

    5 out of 5

I love these pies as they are such an easy snack! We always have them in the freezer as I find they have the best filling compared to other brands I’ve tried.
I also always get one from the servo when I get petrol by myself as I can’t resist!

  • Easy meal

    3.5 out of 5

Sometimes you just can’t get to the bakery to get a hot pie, so this is a pie that I switch between to keep in the freezer. I like to cook them at a lower temperature for longer than the packet directions. It gives the pastry a better taste, and a bit of crunch.

  • Always have some in the freezer

    4 out of 5

I always try to have some in the freezer. Kids and I all love them especially on cold days when you need something yummy to warm you up. Flavour and size is good and definitely recommend.

  • a very disappointing eating experience

    2 out of 5

my experience was dry and tasteless

  • Great pies

    3.5 out of 5

I love this pies! It tastes like you are at the MCG when you are eating a freshly cooked meat pie and tastes crusty as well.

  • Not as good as I remember

    1.5 out of 5

After trying one of these pies recently, I was let down by the filling. Definitely had higher expectations coming into trying it, and was a little disappointed

  • Disgusting to eat

    0.5 out of 5

The meat is a horrible processed type. The taste is revolting, At football grounds and in service stations Four & Twenty pies are fantastic, I love them, but the frozen ones are DISGUSTING, inedible, this is from someone who loves meat pies, the worst of every pie on the market.

  • Cheap tasty and handy item to have in the freezer

    3.5 out of 5

This is another staple in our freezer -we must have meat pies and whatever brand we buy is based on the sale at the time. And this one is always cheap – even without discount. It’s tasty but the meat is like gravy and mince, not the gourmet chunky stuff. It is still very tasty though.

  • Bit Grisly

    2.5 out of 5

I found these Four and Twenty Meat Pies to be a bit too grisly for my liking. The flavour was really nice with plenty of gravy but the meat could have been better quality.

  • Great Meat Pie

    4.5 out of 5

Four N Twenty Meat Pies are delicious, I just love the amount of meat in gravy that is in the pie and the pastry is always nice and crisp. When we want something quick for dinner this is our go to..

    3.5 out of 5

Four N Twenty have long been a firm family favourite. A great Aussie product, great taste and great quality. The meat is tasty and the gravy is rich, what’s not to love!

  • Standard!

    3.5 out of 5

a standard Aussie meat pie, it set’s the bar! Its yummy and flaky , good gravy and meat especially if you eat it with tomato sauce. Nothing fancy or gourmet just a straight up pie

  • Four n twenty meat pies

    5 out of 5

We tried these with the kids as a quick lunch and they went down a treat. The pastry was nice and flaky with a delicious soft base and the meat nice and tender with a lovely ozzing gravy which is just what you want.

  • Great for footy

    5 out of 5

Our footy parties would not be the same without these yummy pies. We get lots to heat up and feed our friends. Everyone loves them and there are never any leftovers!!!

  • A handy option for lunches

    4 out of 5

We have always been a fan of this brand and will often keep a pack of pies in the freezer for weekend lunches on the fly.
These are our go to, good value for money and a nice meat to pastry ratio.

  • Good value for money

    5 out of 5

Has good meat with no gristle. The gravey has good flavour. Also it makes a quick snack on the run or meal with some vegetables.

  • Classic pie

    4 out of 5

I prefer chunky style pies, but this is a tasty classic pie. The gravy and meat are tasty without gristle and the pastry is nice and flaky

I think the Four N Twenty meat pies are goof value for money! Easy go to for a bite to eat and they taste great.

  • Good reliable pie

    3.5 out of 5

The pastry is sturdy and a little flaky and heats up relatively well in the microwave. The meat and gravy is nice but I prefer a stronger beef flavour so it’s good not amazing

  • Value for money

    3.5 out of 5

These pies are real value for money. the quality is good and they taste nice. Enough meat in the pies, doesnt smell bad or taste bland. My kids love it. Best for q quick snack or takeout meal on picnics.

  • Good pies

    3.5 out of 5

These pies are good when you dont have the time to make your own and are sticking with a budget. They could definitely have more meat but they are good for the price. Kids love them too so that’s a win!

  • Great to add with veges

    4 out of 5

Don’t have these often but for a quick dinner add vegetables I have even added mash potatoes on top to turn them into potato pies

  • Can't beat

    4 out of 5

  • Oldy but a goody

    4 out of 5

I used to buy these all the time when I first moved out of home. They are always nice and so easy to cook. Just put into the oven and enjoy! They aren’t healthy at all but they are great tummy fillers and good for when you’re short on time.

  • Bland

    1.5 out of 5

Beef, cheese and bacon…not very nice at all..lots of cheese but no bacon!!

  • Can’t live without

    5 out of 5

This is always a must have in our freezers, perfect as a easy meal or just a snack any time in the day. Easy and yummy.

  • Delicious pack of pies

    4 out of 5

A really nice pack of pies that taste amazing when you eat them straight from the oven after cooking. Can be eaten plain or with sauce.

  • Nope Nope Nope

    1 out of 5

These are no where near as good as a few years ago. Filled with non muscle guts is what my taste buds detect TBH. I have tasted way better (even frozen). You know they stick left over guts mixed with meats in these now??? I would rather go somewhere in the gourmet ranges and pay for it or abstain completely if thats what meatpie’s taste like now. Uber Eats pies from speciality retailers are a million times nicer.

  • Pretty good

    3.5 out of 5

This is usually what we buy if we want pies. The filling is always good. Overall a good pie. I like to make mash and gravy if i have time

  • Absolute bulls*it

    0.5 out of 5

I recently opened a brand new packet of Four and twenty meat pies and was incredibly disappointed with what greeted me from my oven.. A ‘meat’ pie.. stuffed with next to NOTHING but pie pastry lids.. I reeeaaaalllyyy struggle to see how this is possible without some lazy employee being too negligent to notice…

Rest assured I will no longer be supporting this bullsh*it.

  • One for the kiddies

I love the filling in these ones. Nice and meaty with a yummy gravy. The pastry is nice and not too thick. Great with tomato sauce

  • Not as good as they used to be

    2 out of 5

We used to only buy Four N Twenty because they had the best taste and a good ration of filling to pastry, but something changed in them and we find them very bland these days. Not as nice as they used to be!

  • Good Meat pie

  • What have they done?!

    0.5 out of 5

Have had these before- always good- BUT last night my teenage son threw two into the bin after footy training…seriously. Meat fatty, full of gristle and tasted like chemicals ‘mum this is just so gross’… totally inedible.

  • A Great Meat Pie

    4 out of 5

I have no hesitation buying Foun N Twenty meat pies. I have always found them to be tasty with just the right pastry and just the right amount of gravy.

  • Fatty, gristly and tasted awful!

    0.5 out of 5

I usually buy the Angus Beef Four n Twenty pies and they are good, but the Classic Meat Pies were on special so bought a pack. Absolutely revolting! My husband ate one covered in tomato sauce to cover up the taste but it made me gag, and the texture was chewy with connective tissue instead of meat.

  • Terrible

    0.5 out of 5

The batch of meat pies I purchased smelt and tasted fatty and were generally disgusting to eat. After buying these pies for over 40 years I will NEVER buy them again. Totally disgusting!

  • My mother in laws favourite

    5 out of 5

My mother in law always had these in her freezer for unexpected dinner guests. The pastry is so crisp and light and the filling is so meaty, unlike many other frozen pies
