Nice stiry fry! I love having these in the freezer because they are easy and pretty quick to make and end up being a nice addition to any dinner.

I don’t find they Stir fry up amazingly. I like my stirfrys crunchy and fresh and I find that they don’t have a great fresh crunch. Back to fresh vegies!

We use this pack when making stir fry. It is a good pack with a good variety of vegetables. I would prefer them to be cut a little smaller but I just cut them a little once cooked.

I like the combination of vegetables used along with the water chestnuts. However I would like to see more water chestnuts in the mix.
I can usually get two stir frys out of one packet. So it good value for money.

Birds Eye Stir Fry Oriental Vegetables are a good frozen packet of vegetables to select from the frozen veggies section of the supermarket. A good addition to stir fry meals.
