I like to keep at least one pack of stir fry mixes in the freezer at all times. Just add meat, if you like, and some seasoning such as soy/oyster sauce. This mix has yellow beans and water chestnuts, which are not always available fresh.

We use this pack when making stir fry. It is a good pack with a good variety of vegetables. I would prefer them to be cut a little smaller but I just cut them a little once cooked.

I like the combination of vegetables used along with the water chestnuts. However I would like to see more water chestnuts in the mix.
I can usually get two stir frys out of one packet. So it good value for money.
