This is an amazingly rich ice cream and so creamy! The chocolate flavour is strong which is what I like! Hence the name ultra chocolate I guess haha. Easily find Thisbe ice cream in the freezer section of supermarkets and an absolute bargain when on sale which is a great time to stock up so I always have ice cream on hand for when my sweet tooth hits! Sara Lee is one of our family’s go to brands as they always have pretty high quality and relatively cheap frozen meals at Woolies and Coles. This chocolate ice cream is really nice as it melts at the perfect speed and tastes amazing!

A truly decadent dessert. I’m not sure how Sara Lee does it but this ice cream is truly rich and creamier than any chocolate ice cream I have ever tasted. It is definitely very rich so it is an indulgence not to be had every day but because of this the ice cream lasts a long time as one spoonful satisfies my cravings for something sweet. On really special occasions it goes well with ooey brownies but this is definitely a Death by Chocolate moment.

I remembered we bought a tub of these when it came out on the shelves and found it was just too sweet and rich for an icecream . I really love Sara Lee’s pastry desserts but don’t really enjoy the icecream . Also be careful if your freezer is too high as it will become as hard a rock which will be hard to scoop out .

this is a very very rich chocolate icecream. Great to have when you are feeling quite decadent, but you can literally feel the calories adding to your hips. Tastes great though.

I find this Sarah Lee Ultra Chocolate ice cream a very rich chocolaty ice cream and so I like to use it in milkshakes to soften the chocolaty flavour with the milk. But if you love a dark chocolate taste then this is for you!
